Overview

Designed to document campaign petitions by tracking and identifying petition signers. Voter information from Board of Elections databases can be used to identify registered voters. Voter registration information can be accessed from multiple workstations simultaneously. Data entry and review is performed on internet browsers from multiple workstations on a local area network or internet web site.

Application data is stored on a Windows XP Workstation or Server in a Microsoft Access 2000 database. The database can easily be queried using all versions of Microsoft Access that read MS Access 2000 databases.

Multiple elections as well as multiple candidates can be tracked. Current limitation is sharing petitions between election type.

Candidates can have multiple petition volumes. Petition volumes can be shared between candidates of different election profiles.

Lookup of voter registration data is accelerated by automation to determine eligability and validity of signatures. Results of lookups can be stored as petition information of for call lists. Call list management is not currently supported.

Opposing candidate's petition information can also be entered to compare signature information. Candidates sharing the same election profile can have signature data compared for defense or challenge operations.

Witness information can be managed. Witness data is stored for each candidate petition being documented.

Reports for all aspects of the application are available for review or print. Results for data entry and petition signature collection in real time as data is entered.

Data can be used for petition challenges and defense.
